Message from a farmer in west Oxfordshire:
I've been in agri-environment agreements for many years, including the reference years for the Single Farm Payment entitlement, and am now having real difficulties getting my case across to the RPA. Although I've submitted lots of materials explaining my case, it seems to be very complicated administratively.
Surely this can't be an unusual occurrence as thousands of farmers must be in similar situations? Is anyone else going through the same process, and if so, what's their experience of it so far?
